Thank you for choosing San Diego Hebrew Day! Please find below the necessary application procedures. Please contact us if you have any questions along the way at [email protected] or by calling 858-279-3300. We look forward to helping your child grow!
♦ All Applicants- Preschool, Elementary and Middle School
Submit a completed Authorization for Exchange of Information form
Submit non-refundable tuition deposit of $500 per child.
Submit a copy of applying student’s up-to-date immunization record
♦ PS 3 - 8th grade Applicants
♦ PS 3 - 8th grade Applicants
Submit completed Application for Admission
Submit all required Recommendation Forms
♦ 2nd - 8th grade Applicants
Submit current school’s records, including report cards, academic and/or behavioral evaluations, etc
Schedule Shadow Days for the applying student to visit with their current grade at SDHD for the full school day. The student will participate in an academic assessment during this visit. Schedule this visit with Anthony Ortiz.
♦ Kindergarten & 1st Grade Applicants
Schedule an appointment for applying student to participate in a readiness assessment at SDHD [email protected]
♦ Preschool Applicants who are 3-4 years old
Schedule an appointment for applying student to meet with the SDHD Preschool Director, Naomi Shakhman
♦ All New Applicant Parents- Preschool, Elementary and Middle School
Schedule a meeting with SDHD Head of School, Rabbi Simcha Weiser by contacting [email protected].
