At San Diego Hebrew Day, we believe that no Jewish child should be denied a Jewish education because of a family’s financial circumstances. We are deeply committed to making an excellent Jewish education accessible to families across a wide range of financial situations, and tuition assistance is available for families who qualify. This process is handled with care and confidentiality.

The San Diego Hebrew Day Board of Directors takes its role in determining tuition and fees very seriously and is committed to ensuring that the school remains fiscally sound while working to minimize the financial burden on families. Tuition and fees are reassessed and announced each December. Rates generally increase by 3-5% each year based on the financial needs of the school, inflation, and local cost of living, although tuition rates will remain unchanged for the coming school year.
