Our athletics program is  a fundamental component of the Middle School experience at Hebrew Day and we are excited that we can expand sports at the elementary level as well. From promoting school spirit to contributing to the well-being of the entire school body, our athletics program works to build respect, resilience, and responsibility while contributing to the physical growth and development of each student.
